CAL PACT is pleased to
offer a variety of computer courses for staff training. The success of our
program depends upon your active participation and consideration when you
enroll in any of our courses. Please read and follow our guidelines and procedures:
Courses start
promptly at the scheduled time, not on academic time. If you are
not present at the start of instruction, your seat will be made available
to drop-ins, and you may lose your seat.
Drop-ins are
welcome up to the maximum course limit of 18 students EXCEPT for
Dreamweaver, CalNet Deputy, or special Departmental Training courses.
We do not offer waiting lists for our courses.
If less than
six participants show up, the course will be cancelled 10 minutes
past the scheduled start time.
If you cannot
attend the course, please cancel your enrollment at least two days
before the scheduled course so others can attend. If you need to re-schedule
a course, be sure to cancel enrollment in ICE before the course date,
or ICE will not allow you to re-enroll in another session of that course.
If you repeatedly register for courses and do not show up, you may be
prevented from registering for future courses.
Courses that
have less than six enrolled will automatically be cancelled before
the course. We will contact you if this happens.
Please be attentive
in reading and meeting the course prerequisites. Participants who
obviously do not meet the course prerequisites will have a difficult
time keeping up. The instructors will not slow down to assist you.
Restricted
Enrollment: Courses that are marked "restricted enrollment"
require the enrollee to contact the CAL PACT administrators to enroll.
